Nani muhalifu, aliyeiba kuku akauwawa, au aliyeibiwa kuku alafu akafanya mauaji?

Mara nyingi tukiona hizi picha za kutisha tunaona muhalifu ameshahukumiwa kikatili, huku pembeni yake kukiwa na wananchi wanaoshangalia mwili wake uliolowa damu au uliogeuka mkaa.

Je, wanapiga picha wanaweza kusaidia kupambana dhidi ya huu ufedhuli, kwa kubadilisha angle ya kamera zao? Labda inabidi tuanze kuonesha matukio haya tofauti kidogo, ili kubadilisha mitazamo yetu juu ya unyama huu.

Nadhani kamera zingeanza kuelekezwa sio tu kwa mhalifu anayefanyiwa unyama, bali pia kwa wale ambao wanafanya unyama huo. Kwa mfano, kamera inaweza kuelekezwa kwa mtu mmoja anayenyanyua tofali au jiwe la kumpondea muhalifu kichwani. Inabidi tuanze kuwafahamu hawa mafedhuli mmoja mmoja, kwani wengi wao wamekuwa wakijificha ndani ya haya magenge yanayoitwa: “wananchi wenye hasira kali”.

Mpango ni kukusanya ushahidi wa picha za wananchi hao wakifanya mauaji. Nadhani picha za sura zao zikianza kuoneshwa labda tutaanza kufikiria mara mbili. Labda tutaanza kuona aibu, na kuanza kutafuta njia mbadala za kukabiliana na wahalifu wanaorudi uraiani bila kuadhibiwa na sheria. Labda tukijiona sisi wenyewe tukitenda maovu tutaanza kusahihisha mapungufu yetu badala ya kuhukumu ya wengine. Labda, labda, labda…

Mwisho wa yote, ufedhuli huu unasikitisha, unakera na unatutia aibu katika jamii ya Watanzania. Sasa, kama ambavyo majina ya mafisadi yanavyowekwa hadharani na watu wanajiuzulu — ilihali wachache — kwanini tusitumie njia inayofanana, mathalani kutumia picha, kukabiliana na hawa wauwaji?

Ewe kijana, kwanini mimi na wewe tunaendelea kuuana wenyewe kwa wenyewe?

Bahati was born and raised in Tanzania, and then moved to California to pursue his college education. He graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology.   2. Hawa watu wanaoshabikiwa na media bado sijajua tuwape jina gani ambalo litawafit crime yao, ndio maana nimewaita wauaji sehemu kadhaa kwenye makala.

    Genge la wauaji linaweza kuwa zuri zaidi. Mimi tatizo langu kubwa ni media kuendelea kuwaita wananchi wenye hasira kali, kana kwamba wanachofanya ni sahihi..

  3. Baada ya kuwaita mafedhuli na wauaji, basi tujiulize kwanini taifa letu limefikia wananchi kujichukulia sheria mkononi. Wananchi wanakamata mwizi au kibaka wanampeleka polisi, kabla hata hawajifika nyumbani wanamuona mwizi naye anaelekea kijiweni!
    Polisi wamemuachia mwizi baada ya kuahidiwa rushwa au kupewa rushwa, wananchi tumeshuhudia polisi wetu, wakigombania bangi, wengine hata kuuana, wengine wakikamata majambazi basi wanawaua majambazi na shahidi yoyote jirani ili kufuta ushahidi!
    Vile vile tumeshuhudia polisi wakikataa au kuyeyusha pindi wakisikia majambazi yaliovamia nyumba wanavyo “vyamoto”!
    Kwa ujumla usalama wa raia haupo, wizara ya mambo ya ndani na usalama wa raia haufanyi kazi yake.
    Tunategemea nini baada ya hilo?
    Vibaka, wezi na majambazi waibao wanadai kazi hamna, kuanzisha biashara kunaitaji mtaji, maisha magumu na yanazidi kuwa magumu, wananchi hasa, walalahoi wako njia panda, wajilinde na kulinda vile vidogo walivyo navyo au wategemee usalama ambao unawalinda wakubwa na walio na uwezo tu?
    Kutokana na hili swala la kujichukulia sheria mkononi, mpaka vibaka nao wanageuza kibao siku hizi, wakikukwapua begi na ukaja juu, wanakuita mwizi! Na hapo ndipo mwisho wa maisha yako!
    Sisi wenye nchi kweli tunajiuliza ni kwanini na je tunafanya nini kusawazisha hili jambo?
    Je tunawakalia koo wahusika? Tunaripoti kutokuwajibika kwa wahusika wa usalama wetu?
    Sidhani, tutakalia porojo na kulaani hili jambo, huku dawa yake tunaijua.

Kama tungeishi kwa kufuata sheria za dini mf.kufuata kanuni za adhabu ktk kitabu na mafundisho ya dini ya kiislamu,ni hakika mola angekuwa radhi nasi na asingethubutu mtu kuchukua hatua zake binafsi ssb haki ingetendeka,lakini sheria tulizonazo zaidi zinatokana na utashi wa kibinadamu, na kwa kuwa h binadamu ni dhaifu,hili limesababisha sheria hizi kutokidhi mahitaji kusudiwa,hii ni namna tu ya adhabu ambayo m/mnungu anatupa kwa kwenda ktk namna zetu binafsi badala ya utaratibu alioupanga yeye kupitia vitabu vyake. Hatuna namna ni mpaka haki ijitenge na batili.hayataepukika sbb Serikali haina dini……
