YouthActionNet: Call for 2012 applications

YouthActionNet – launched by the International Youth Foundation is 2001 – supports social entrepreneurs globally. Specifically, it provides technical assistance and networking opportunities which could lead to funding for organizations. The 2012 Fellowship is now accepting applications, which are are due by March 12, 2011.

Eligibility:

  • Open to all young people, ages 18-29.
  • Applicants must demonstrate a one year track record of leading societal change with an organization.
  • Applications must be submitted in English.
  • Applicants must attend the full retreat (all expenses paid) to take place in the second week of October 2012.

Key dates:

  • March 12, 2012 at 11:59 PM EST: Applications due.
  • March 28, 2012: All applicants will be contacted by this day.
  • May 22, 2012: Finalists will be notified by this day.
  • Second week of October 2012: Retreat takes place in Turkey.
