Incentivising youth to pursue commercial agriculture

A recent article on IPPmedia.com highlights an exciting program that supports Tanzanian young entrepreneurs and agribusiness owners with training, finance and technology.

The program was started in 2016 and is a collaboration between the Food and Agriculture Organization and the Tanzanian Ministry of Agriculture.

It works with a pre-selected group of entrepreneurs and business owners who are working with sunflower, horticulture, poultry and apiculture in Dodoma, Singida, Morogoro and Coast regions.
